Naturally, you want to know something about us, what we do, etc, and the previous pages explained that. The FAQs throughout the previous pages, was to inform you how beneficial we can be to one another. I sort of role-played many thoughts, issues, or concerns you could have.

This page addresses YOU as the focal point!  We want to clear up issues regarding you becoming a Private Investor.

1.  What will it mean to you?   (Create tremendous income streams)

     +  Your business is not just lending money,  Its making Secure Private Loans.

     +  Your business is contracting high and safe interest payments for your Private Loan Funds.

2.  What you must do?

     +  Decide how much you will invest.

     +  Decide your investment terms ( # years to stay invested; interest rate agreement; monthly or quarterly interest payments; first or second mortgage position, etc)

     +  Provide cash when required, in amount required, via wire transfer to escrow office or title company.

     +  Reap large interest payment checks for use of your funds.

3.  What you will NOT do?

     +  You pay no fees to loan your funds

     +  You pay none of the escrow costs

     +  You pay no insurance of any kind

     +  You make no collections

4. Typical funding exercise.

     a.  Deal details are explained to effect your funding decision.

     b.  You wire your funds to escrow office, upon request

     c.  On close of escrow, you get my note, a recorded mortgage or deed-of-trust, a copy of the hazard insurance policy stating you as additional loss payee, an amortization schedule is not forwarded as payments are "interest only".  Available also are copies of real property tax status records, and title insurance upon request. 

      d.  Principle  funds  will  be  returned  upon  refinance of  the  property

or  resale.  If  your funds  are  requested  to  be  withdrawn,  we  will  request  30 days   to  get  another  private  investor  to  fund  your  position.
